Our dryer manufacturing programme includes:

Drum dryers:

• Dryer capacities up to 50 tons H2O/hour
• Directly heated by different energy sources
• One path or three path execution or three/one path system
• With or without flash pre-dryer
• Product discharge and separation with outlet elbow, drop box or cyclone separator
• Dust separation with high efficiency cyclones and additional filter systems (if required)
• With waste gas return system in order to reduce the waste gas volume and energy consumption

Flash dryers:

• Directly heated by different energy sources
• Flash pre-dryer in combination with a drum dryer
• Separate flash dryer as pre-dryer
• Flash dryer as main dryer
• Flash dryer as fibre dryer (MDF)
• Product discharge with high efficiency cyclones and additional filter system (if required)
